Grand Marais — Selkirk RCMP make arrest in Criminal Harassment investigation

On July 7, 2024, at approximately 1:40 p m, Selkirk RCMP received a report of several incidents of criminal harassment with the most recent having just occurred in the Grand Beach Provincial Park. Officers were advised that a 31-year-old male, from Grand Marais, had approached a female employee in the park and attempted to strike up a conversation with her and provided information about her that the suspect should not have known. Several other incidents of a similar nature were reported to have occurred within a short period of time.
