A male armed with an edged weapon, threatened the employee, stole items and fled. A description was obtained and officers immediately made patrols in the area and located the male. He was arrested without incident and was found to be WANTED on three outstanding warrants. Hayley LABELLE was was last seen in Portage la Prairie at a convenience store located on Saskatchewan Avenue East on October 23. LABELLE is described as having a medium build, approximately 5'2" tall, 125 lbs with long brown hair and green eyes. No clothing description was provided.
