Officers attended the location and located a 78-year-old female, from Winnipeg, who was pronounced deceased at the scene. Steinbach RCMP, along with CN Police, continue to investigate. Hayley LABELLE was was last seen in Portage la Prairie at a convenience store located on Saskatchewan Avenue East on October 23. LABELLE is described as having a medium build, approximately 5'2" tall, 125 lbs with long brown hair and green eyes. No clothing description was provided. Emerson — RCMP Major Crime Services make arrest in homicide in Emerson Monday 04 March 2024 03:30 PM UTC+00 | Tags: manitoba On March 1, 2024, at approximately 7:35 pm, Emerson RCMP received a call of a deceased male inside a residence on 2nd Street in Emerson, Manitoba. Officers attended and located a 48-year-old male from the community deceased as a result of homicide. The deceased was the resident of the home. RCMP Major Crime Services investigators attended to Emerson. Investigation quickly determined this was an isolated incident and there was no risk to public safety.
