On June 7, 2024, at approximately 11:00 pm, RCMP responded to a weapons offence at a business in Powerview-Pine Falls. It was reported a male had entered the business with a firearm in his waistband and threatened multiple people. On June 8, 2024, RCMP located the suspect at a residence on Sagkeeng First Nation and he was arrested without incident. A pellet gun was seized.

Portage la Prairie — Portage la Prairie RCMP arrest WANTED male Wednesday 31 January 2024 09:15 PM UTC+00 | Tags: manitoba On January 25, 2024, RCMP attended a residence on Oak Bay in Portage la Prairie to attempt to locate a WANTED male. The male was WANTED on two outstanding warrants for several charges including Flight from a Peace Officer, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and several weapons offences. Officers located the male and he was arrested without incident. A search resulted in the seizure of 12 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 4 grams of crack cocaine, a knife, a mask and drug paraphernalia. Tags:
