He was driving a pickup truck with emergency lights when he pulled the female over. He accused the female of speeding, but soon left the scene when asked to present identifying information. Emerson — RCMP Major Crime Services make arrest in homicide in Emerson Monday 04 March 2024 03:30 PM UTC+00 | Tags: manitoba On March 1, 2024, at approximately 7:35 pm, Emerson RCMP received a call of a deceased male inside a residence on 2nd Street in Emerson, Manitoba. Officers attended and located a 48-year-old male from the community deceased as a result of homicide. The deceased was the resident of the home. RCMP Major Crime Services investigators attended to Emerson. Investigation quickly determined this was an isolated incident and there was no risk to public safety.
