On February 29, 2024, at 2:20 pm, Selkirk RCMP received a report of a missing 27-year-old female. Lauren Munro, 27, last spoke with a member of her extended family on February 10 and RCMP have confirmed that she attended to the Seven Oak General hospital on February 21 for a non-urgent matter. It is believed she is in the City of Winnipeg. Munro is described as 5'5", 145 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Emerson — RCMP Major Crime Services make arrest in homicide in Emerson Monday 04 March 2024 03:30 PM UTC+00 | Tags: manitoba On March 1, 2024, at approximately 7:35 pm, Emerson RCMP received a call of a deceased male inside a residence on 2nd Street in Emerson, Manitoba. Officers attended and located a 48-year-old male from the community deceased as a result of homicide. The deceased was the resident of the home. RCMP Major Crime Services investigators attended to Emerson. Investigation quickly determined this was an isolated incident and there was no risk to public safety.
