Selkirk — Selkirk RCMP investigate stabbing

On March 21, 2024, at approximately 10:15 pm, Selkirk RCMP responded to a report of a stabbing in the parking lot of a business on the corner of Main Street and Manitoba Avenue. When officers arrived, no victims were located. Immediate patrols were conducted and two victims were located getting medical attention for stab wounds. Investigation determined that a single male suspect had approached the two adult male victims and robbed them after stabbing them in the upper body. The male suspect was unknown to the victims, who were treated and released from hospital.
