Carmen Chastelaine was reported missing by family after they had not heard from her after a prolonged period of time. Since being reported missing, officers have been out doing searches in and around Thompson, checking in with family, friends and places Chastelaine frequents. Officers attended and located a 16-year-old male, who was pronounced deceased, outside the residence. A 16-year-old male was arrested and remains in police custody.
